This Sunday, April 7th, is World Health Day. Each year, the WHO deems one health issue that should be focused on and deems it as the “theme” for the day. This year it is high blood pressure.
Well, sorry to say it, but that is not the topic of today’s post. Don’t get us wrong; HBP is a major issue that contributes to heart disease, one of top causes of mortality around the world.
