Jenny Talia is a California born, Louisiana raised, and South Dakota refined NYC transplant. She studied medical anthropology at university where she developed her passions for women’s rights, health equity, and immigration reform. She currently works at a cancer center. When she’s not trying to change the world, she can be found running around Prospect Park, boxing, practicing yoga, reading a book, or laying on a couch, watching The Wire. Jenny is also the mother to a beautiful pitbull-terrier named Zara.
